knowledge and competence regarding management of computerized MLS.

Increase
communication among MLS accounts to share ideas regarding utilization of
a computerized MLS.

Build
the customer/vendor relationship between the Boards/Associations of
Realtors or Multiple Listing Services/entities owned and operated by
Boards/Associations of Realtors or Multiple Listings Services and their
computer hardware and software vendors, including but not limited to LPS
Real Estate Group.
